摘要
技术创新组织是技术创新运作与管理的主要内客,基于单个中小企业技术创新的优势与劣势,集群式创新是中小企业能够将技术创新活力和技术创新规模经济性有效结合的一种创新组织形式。由于互联网的发展和影响,集群式创新也会出现新的特征,因此,我们应当研究在互联网时代如何加强集群式创新的对策。
The technological innovation organization is the main content of technological innovation operation and management. In view of the advantages and disadvantages of medium - sized and small enterprises (MSE) innovation, Clustering - Innovation is a form of organization that can effectively combine the vigor and the scale - economy of technological innovation. With the development and influence of Internet, Clustering - Innovation will have its new characteristics . Therefore we should study the countermeasures to strengthen Clustering - Innovation in the Internet era.
