摘要
通过标准接口实现SR250 BOXCAR平均器与Apple-Ⅱ和IBMPC/XT等微型机的联机通讯,构成自动测试系统。本文将介绍该系统的硬件软件设计以及实现自动测试功能的基本原理和方法。
In general,it is difficult to choose the main measurement par-amenters of SR250 BOXCAR Averager correctly and rapidly,yet the BOXCARAverager like other sophisticated electronic instruments is fitted with serialand parallel standard interfaces and all function modes and parameters canbe programmed,with those interfaces,it is possible to interconnect SR250BOXCAR Averager with microcomputers(APPLE-Ⅱ,IBM PC/XT etc.),andan auto-testing system may be formed that chooses the main parameters andrecordes,stores and processes the results of measurement correctly,rapidly andautomatically.In this paper,the bus configurations of two kinds of common standardinterfaces,IEEE-488 parallel and RS-232C serial,is briefly introduced andthe practical method and steps to interconnect SR250 BOXCAR Averager withmicrocomputers are explained in detail,Meanwhile,the programmable functionof SR250 BOXCAR Averager and the basis to choose main parameters are anal-yzed thoroughly,and the constitution principle of the auto-testing system ispresented all-sidedly.In the final,the software design of the system is examined from various angles,i.e.its peculiarity,structure and application tospectrum measurements.Also the auto-testing principle and method introducedhere may be generalized to a great extent.
