摘要
为提高现场监督水平和环境管理手段,及时监控企业排放状态,运用自动监测、计算机网络、数据库、GIS等多项先进和成熟的信息技术,集成开发了上海市重点污染源废水排放实时监控分析系统。在市、区监察队和企业分设三级在线监控中心,市级监控中心主要负责对市级重点污染源的在线监控,并根据环境管理部门的需求,对监控信息进行综合分析。文章着重介绍该系统的结构、功能和技术特点。
Based on the actual necessity of environmental supervision and management, a fully integrated on-line pollution monitoring system has been developed by using advanced computer and telecom technologies, including automatic monitoring, computer networks, DBMS and GIS. The system configuration and function were mainly introduced in this paper, as well as the technical characteristics.
