引发 2 0 0 0年 10月 13- 15日海南岛洪灾的起因 ,源于南海热带低压、冷空气、低空东风急流等天气系统的相互叠加 ,以及充沛的水汽输送 。
In Oct. 2000, since Oct. 13, Hainan was shrouded by a furious storm followed by a historically unusual flood, resulting in serious economic losses. Causes for the flood disaster are the overlap of synoptic systems, such as tropical low pressure, cold air and eastly jet at low altitude, etc., as well as the abundant vapor transmission and the interjunction of cold and warm air in the sky of Hainan island.
