Synthesis and Characterization of Fe_2O_3 Nano-meter Particles

摘要 用溶胶法合成了无定形Fe2 O3 和对α -Fe2 O3 纳米粉 ,用透射电镜、X -射线衍射、紫外可见光谱对其进行了表征 .TEM和XRD结果表明 ,所合成的两种Fe2 O3 纳米粉粒径分别为 5nm和 45nm ,而且两种方法所得结果是一致的 .UV -vis谱结果表明 ,所合成的两种Fe2 O3 禁带宽度分别为 3.1eV和 2 .18eV . The nano-sized particles of amorphous Fe 2O 3 and α-Fe 2O 3 were synthesized by sol-gel method and characterized by transmission electron microscope, X-ray diffraction and ultraviolet spectroscopy. Results showed that the particle sizes of the above two Fe 2O 3 were 5nm and 45nm, respectively, and the forbidden bands were 3.1eV and 2.18eV, respectively.
