摘要
针对中国以往的自然资源评价存在的一些问题 ,对新提出的评价体系和量化方法进行介绍。包括县域评价对象、评价指标的 4条确定原则和相应的 3级评价指标体系、均权和专家打分法的可选择权重确定方式、均权模型和模糊综合评价模型的可选择方式、单一评价和综合评价的可选择方式、评价软件的主要步骤。对该软件的设计特点可概括为 :良好的运行平台 ,可视化编程 ,操作容易 ;数据库与图形库的有机结合 ;采用面向对象的 DELPHI与 MO结合的方式进行编程 ;系统管理。
Firstly, the paper reviewed the problem of nature resources evaluation of our country in past Then, it introduced the evaluation system and its quantity method of nature resource in a county, which including the county as an evaluation object, the four rule choosing the indexes, the three grades index system, two choose methods of average or specialists deciding the weight, two choose models of average or blur comprehensive, two choose methods of singularity or comprehensive, the main procedure of evaluation software At last, the characteristic of the software was summed up: favorable flat to write and run the programmer; combination of the database and graphic base; write the programmer both in the DELPHI and MO; collocate the function of system in three modules: system management, maps management and the resources evaluation
