摘要
论述了电子出版物的发展历程 ,网络版期刊的特点、优势、发展趋势及对传统期刊的冲击和影响。指出传统期刊存在的弊端及发展前景 ,在网络化时代求得生存和发展的改革措施和迎接挑战的对策。
This paper discusses the development of electronic pubications,its characteristics, advantages,trend of develoment and the impact on tradtional publications. It points out the drawback and prospect of trditonal publications,the innovative metnods and the countermeasures the traditional periodicals need in their survival and development in the age of network.
