摘要
作为对“后发”国有独特性影响的迟发展效应,与“后发”国特殊的外围环境和内部社会结构相关;“后发”国发展战略是迟发展效应最集中最具体的体现。迟发展效应有负面效应和正面效应之分;具有客观性、主体性和时空性的特点。完整准确把握迟发展效应对处于“后发”地位的中国选择理性的发展战略具有现实意义。
Late-development effect which has particular influence on the late-modernization nations isclosely related to the outer surroundings and inner society structure.The development strategy of the late-modernization nations is the most centralized and concrete reflection of the late-development effect.The effect can be divided into two categories:negative effect and positive effect.These characteristics are:objective,subjective,timely and spacely.To grasp the late-development effect completely and accurately has directly practical significance for China which is in the position of the late-development nations to choose rational development strategy.
