摘要
1985年～1990年我科对来自北方6省市21个DMD家系进行了系列研究。本文为研究的第8部分[1,2],应用DMD基因内部和侧翼序列探针对7个家系成员进行了RFLP连锁分析(包括15名肯定携带者及24名可能携带者)。结果证实,肯定携带者阳性率为100%,可能携带者阳性率为50%,其中13名可做产前诊断,并检出2个缺失型家系。
A series of studies were made on 21 DMD families from 6 provinces in north China from 1985 through 1990. This paper presents the third part of the work and results. Using the probes of flank and locus of DMD, we analysed the RFLPs of 15 obligate carriers and 24 possible carriers in 7 families. The positive rate for obligate carriers was 100% and that for possible carriers 50%. Prenatal diagnoses were made in 13 individuals. We also found 2 deletion families.
