摘要
用琼脂糖凝胶高压电泳及免疫固定技术对我国东北及内蒙地区蒙、达、鄂温、满4个民族的补体B因子的多态性进行了检测。结果显示,这4个民族的Bf基因频率均以S为最高,从高到低的顺序是:满、达、鄂温、蒙。Bf~*F的频率其次,顺序与Bf~*S相反。4个民族中均检出一定频率的Bf~*S07。此外还发现了5个罕见型。
The complement component Factor B (Bf) polymorphism of Mongol, Daur, Ewenki and Manchu Nationalities living in the Northeast and Mongolia regions of China was investigated by means of high voltage agarose gel electrophoresis and subsequent immunofixation, The results showed that the Bf' S gene frequencies were the highest in all four ethnical groups:Manchu 0.7798, Daur 0.7443, Ewenki 0.7292, and Mongol 0.6510 respectively. Bf' F was the second major gene; its allele frepuencies were Manchu 0.2083, Daur 0.2414, Ewenki 0.2526 and Mongol 0.3047 respectively. Bf' S07 was less common; its allele frequencies were Mongol 0.0391, Daur 0.0057, Ewenki 0.0156 and Manchu 0.0039 respectively.In addition, we found some rare phenotypes such as SS045 in Ewenki, SS05 in Daur, SF055 in Mongol, FS025 in Daur and FF065 in Manchu. In combination with other 16 Bf data in China, the phylogenetic origin of chinese according to the phylogenetic tree of Bf was discussed.
