摘要
应用Fdu-BrdU-Hoecbst 33258高分辨迟复制R带染色体技术,分析了35例急、慢性非淋巴细胞白血病的染色体变化。此方法的培养成功率达97.5%,染色体异常检出率为82.3%,除检出与白血病相关的4种常见的核型外,还发现2例国内尚未见报告的染色体异常。
The changes in chromomes cf 35 patients suffering from acute and chronic non-lymphocytic leukemia were analysed with high resolution R-banding latereplication techniqus by using Fdu-BrduHoechst 33258. The success rate for finding abnormal chromsome was 82.3% Besides 4 common leukemia-relation karyotypes, we discovered two kinds of abnormal chromosomes which had not been reported in China The findings of abnormal chromosomes are of clinical significance for the subtyping of leukemia and the prognoses of cases.
