云南地方品种——云南大粒抗水稻白叶枯病菌“江陵691”,其抗性由2对具重叠作用的隐性抗性基因控制,与IR28、南粳15的显性抗病基因不等位;也与已命名的xa-5、xa-8、xa-9和xa-13 4个抗性基因也不等位。
The genetics of resistance to Bacterial Leaf Blight, Xanthonomas oryzae (Uyeda and Is-hyama) Dowson, for a local rice variety, Yunnan Dali was studied. The Jiang Ling 691, resi-stant to Bacterial Leaf Blight isolated in Huachong Agricultural University was used for inoculation of both parental and hybrid populations. Resistant varieties, IR28 and Nanjingl5 with different dominant genes were used for testing allelic relationship. The results showed that two recessive genes with repeated interaction effect controlled resistance in Yunnan Dali. Those genes are non-allelic with xa-5, xa-8, xa-9 and xa-13. Allelic genes were also found in Yunnan Dali, IR28 and Nanjing 15.
