摘要
目的 对荨麻叶进行形态组织学研究 ,为鉴定该植物提供依据。方法 采用性状鉴定和显微鉴定。结果 对荨麻叶的性状 ,叶柄、叶片、毛茸、粉末的显微特征及显微常数进行了研究 ,并首次发现荨麻中存在的一种大型分枝毛。
OBJECTIVE To indentify the leaf of Urtica fissa E. Pritz by morphological study and microscopic indentification ,and offer identification evidences for this plant. METHODS Using morphological and histological identification. RESULTS Macroscopic characteristics, microscopic characteristics of blade and petiole's transverse section, hair, powder, palisade ratio, stomatal index and veintet number were observed , and a large branched hair of Urtica fissa E. Pritz was found for the first time. CONCLUSION Distinct morphological and histological characteristics of the leaf can be used for identification of Urtica fissa E. Pritz.
