摘要
目的 研究不同产地莪术挥发油的化学成分 ,了解不同产地莪术挥发性成分的差别 ,为控制莪术挥发油的质量提供理论依据。方法 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取不同产地莪术挥发油 ,用气相色谱 -质谱联用仪对其进行分离测定 ,结合计算机检索对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定 ,应用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果 不同产地莪术水蒸气蒸馏提取物得率在 0 2 6 %~ 0 35 %之间 ,分别鉴定出 2 9~ 42个化学成份。结论 不同品种、不同产地莪术挥发性成分有较大差别 。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical componeuts of the volatile oil from Curcuma phaeocaulis Val.(C.zedoaria auct.Non Rosc.)and Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.Chen et C.Ling which collected from different productive.METHODS The essential oil were obtained by steam distillation.The chemical componeuts were separated and identified by GC-MS.The relative contents in the essential oil were determined by area nomalizaion.RESULTS The extraction rates of Rhizoma curcumae which from different productive were 0.28%-0.35%,and 29-42 chemical components were separated and identified.CONCLUSION There are differences in the amount of essential oil and the component of essential oil of Rhizoma curcumae collected from different productive.
