摘要
为了观察刺五加注射液对脑梗塞的临床疗效。将 2 0 0例脑梗塞病人 ,随机分为两组 ,治疗组 10 0例(男例 ,女性 4 8例 ) ,给予刺五加注射液 4 0ml加入0 9%N S或 5 %G S5 0 0ml中静滴 ;对照组 10 0例 (男性 5 3例 ,女性 4 7例 ) ,给予丹参注射液 2 0ml加入低分子右旋糖酐 5 0 0ml中静滴 ,均每日 1次 ,疗程 14d ,结果表明治疗组有效 89例 ,有效率 89% ,对照组有效 72例 ,有效率 72 % ,结果显示刺五加对脑梗塞的疗效优于低分子右旋糖酐加丹参对脑梗塞的疗效。提示 :刺五加注射液是一种治疗脑梗塞安全有效的新药 ,临床值得推广使用。
In order to observe the curative effects of Ciwujia injection in treating cerebral infarction,200 patients suffered from cerebral infarction were divided into two groups by random.In 100 cases(52 male,48 female)in treating group,intravenous injection of 40ml of Ciwujia injection,and 500 ml of 9% NS or 5% GS were given to the patients;in 100 cases (53 male,47 female)in control group,intravenous injection of 20 ml of Danshen(red sage root)injection,and 500 ml of low molecular dextran were given to the patients once a day.The treating period is 14 days.The result showed that the effective rate in the treating group was 89%(89 cases),and 72%(72 cases)in control group.The result indicated that the effects of Ciwujia in treating Cerebral infarction was better than low moleculat dextran and Danshen.It meant that Ciwujia injection was a safe,effective new drug in treating cerebral infraction.It is worth to publicize it in clinic.
