摘要
目的 :观察党参对胃十二指肠粘膜组织中胃泌素、生长抑素含量的影响 ,以探索党参治疗胃炎及消化性溃疡的作用机制。方法 :选择日本大耳白兔 40只 ,随机分成实验组和对照组 ,分别灌喂党参煎剂或蒸馏水 ,每日一次 ,一个月后用放免法检测胃窦及十二指肠粘膜组织中的胃泌素和生长抑素浓度。结果 :灌喂党参煎剂后胃窦及十二指肠粘膜组织中胃泌素浓度与对照组相比 ,差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。灌喂党参煎剂后胃窦及十二指肠粘膜组织生长抑素浓度明显增高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :党参能增加兔的胃及十二指肠粘膜中生长抑素的含量 ,提示党参有益于消化性溃疡的治疗。
Objective: In order to investigate the mechanism of codonapsis pilosula , we observed the effects of this drug on concentrations of gastrin and somatostatin of gastroduodenal mucosa in rabbits. Methods: The data were obtained by oral administration of the decoction of codonapsis pilosula or distilled water in 40 rabbits. The concentrations of gastrin and somatostatin were determinated by radioimmunoassay. Results: No significant changes occurred in concentration of gastrin of gastroduodenal mucosa at the 1st month after oral administration of decoction of codonapsis pilosula ( P >0.05). Concentration of somatostatin of gastroduodenal mucosa significantly increased at the 1st month after oral administration of decoction of codonapsis pilosula ( P <0.01). Conclusion: Codonapsis pilosula could increase concentration of somatostatin of gastroduodenal mucosa in rabbits.It is possible that codonapsis pilosula may be an useful therapeutic drug for peptic ulcer.
