摘要
目的 探讨电针对抑郁症患者血清细胞因子的影响。方法 采用放射免疫分析法测定电针组 30例、麦普替林组31例抑郁症患者治疗前、治疗第 2、4、6周末血清白细胞介素 1,2 ,6和肿瘤坏死因子水平 ,并与正常组 10人进行对比。结果 抑郁症患者治疗前血清IL 1β ,IL 6、TNF α水平非常明显地高于正常人。相关性分析发现 ,血清IL 1β ,TNF α水平与HAMD抑郁量表总分呈显著正相关。IL 1β与认知障碍症状群 ,TNF α与绝望症状群 ,IL 6水平与焦虑 /躯体化因子分有明显的正相关性。经电针和四环类抗抑郁药麦普替林治疗 ,随着抑郁症状的缓解 ,以上细胞因子水平也逐渐下降 ,至第 6周末基本恢复正常。两治疗组之间无明显差别。结论 细胞因子在抑郁症的发病过程中起一定作用 ,电针对细胞因子的抑制作用是电针治疗抑郁症的机制之一。
Objective To investigate the effect of electral acupuncture on serum cytokines in depressive patients. Method Serum levels of interleukin 1β(IL 1β),interleukin 2(IL 2),interleukin 6(IL 6),tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α)of 30 electral acupuncture group, 31 maprotiline group patients and 10 normal controls were detected by radioimmunoassay method. Results Serum levels of IL 1β,IL 6?TNF α were significantly elevated when compared with normal controls. In depressive subjects, serum levels of IL 1β,TNF α correlated positively and significantly with total HAMD scores. There were additional positive and significant correlations between IL 1β and the scores of congnitive disorder, TNF α and Desperation, IL 6 and Anxiety/somatization. After antidepressant treatment of EA or Maprotiline , the levels of cytokines lowered accompany with the severity of depression. Not any significant difference were found between that two groups. Conclusion Alteration of cytokine levels in the blood have been suggested to be associated with the mechanism producing clinical depression. the treatment of electro acupuncture on depression may be related to the regulation of serum cytokines.
