摘要
目的 研究急性心肌梗塞 (AMI)患者的心理健康状况及心理障碍与严重心律失常、AMI后心绞痛等并发症的关系。方法 采用SCL 90和MMPI对 12 4例患者进行测查 ,将测查结果与中国常模进行比较 ;并将并发LOWN3级以上室性心律失常及AMI后心绞痛患者的测查结果与无并发症患者相比较。结果 表明AMI患者有焦虑、忧郁、多疑、恐怖、躯体症状和记忆、睡眠问题及个性改变。有上述并发症者多数分值明显高于无并发症患者。结论 提示AMI患者存在不良心理健康状况 ,并发严重心律失常和AMI后心绞痛患者甚于无并发症患者。
Objective To reasearch the states of the psychological healthy in AMI patients and the relation between psychological obstruction and the complications like harder arrhythmia and angina pectoris after AMI and so on. Methods Using the SCL 90 and MMPI to measure 124 patients,then compare the result with the chinese norm and compare the resultes of the patients who have complications like Lown over 3 degree ventricular arrhythmia and angina pectoris after AMI with no complications.Results AMI patients have anxiety,melancholy,suspicious,phobic,body symptms and memory,sleep difficulty and personality change?The scores of more patients with the complications are obviously higher than no complications?Conclusions Those point out that AMI patients always have bad states of psychological healthy,and patients with the complications like harder arrhythmia and angina pectoris after AMI are more possible in bad states than no complications.
