延边地区城镇贫困人口有它的地区性分布特征、民族分布特征、所有制分布特征、行业分布特征、职业分布特征、文化程度分布特征。建议有关职能部门在开展扶贫工作时，要采取行之有效的措施，以稳定社会安定的局面。
： The distribution of urban poverty stricken population in Yanbian area has such characters as region,nation,ownership,trade or profession,level of education.Some effective measures should be taken to maintain public stability by concerning aid the poor functional department.
