摘要
从现代信息技术的角度出发 ,对图书馆员的智能素质进行重点探讨 ,智能素质包括文化素质和能力素质两个方面 ,而文化素质又是能力素质的基础 ,最后还强调了图书馆员继续教育的重要性。
In view of the circumstance of modern information technology (IT), the intelligence quality of librarians is discussed. It includes the qualities of culture and capability. The culture quality is the basis of the capability one. The importance of the librarian's continuing education is emphasized.
