不同温度、pH值和分离时间对莲潜根线虫回收率的影响表明 ,以 3 0℃、pH =7时分离回收率最高 ,温度在 1 5℃时 ,分离 7天 ,回收率达 1 0 0 %。
It was indicated that the retrever rate of Hirschmanniella diversa at different temperture, different pH degree, different isolation time, the highest rate was the 30 degree and pH=7, If at 15 degree, isolated the Hirschmanniella divesa in seven days, the retriever rate is 100 percentage. \ \
