摘要
目的 :探讨心脉通胶囊对急性心肌梗死 ( AMI)患者冬眠心肌的保护作用及作用机理。方法 :将 46例 AMI患者随机分为心脉通组 ( 2 3例 ,常规西药加心脉通胶囊治疗 )与对照组 ( 2 3例 ,单用常规西药治疗 ) ,观察治疗前后 AMI患者心脏收缩功能、室壁运动异常指数、QT离散度的变化。结果 :心脉通组左室运动功能改善及 QT离散度下降程度与对照组相比有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :心脉通胶囊不但可促进 AMI患者梗死区冬眠心肌的电苏醒 ,而且还可促进冬眠心肌的电苏醒 。
Objective: It is to explore the protective function and mechanism of Xinmaitong capsule on the hibernating myocardium of AMI patients. Methods: Forty-six patients with AMI were randomly divided into two groups. Twenty-three patients were in Xinmaitong group and treated with regular west medicine and Xinmaitong capsule. The other twenty-three patients were in control group and only treated with regular west medicine. The changes of heart systolic function, ventricular wall dyskinasia index and QT dispersion of AMI patients were observed. Results: The changes of left ventricular dyskinasia improving and QT dispersion decreasing in Xinmaitong group had significant different compared with those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Xinmaitong capsule can improve electricity revival and force revival of the hibernating myocardium in infarction areas of AMI patients and has significant effect on regained function of the hibernating myocardium.
