摘要
介绍了高温高强钛合金Ti 18(Ti 6Al 4Mo 4Zr 2Sn 1W 0 .2Si)的试制过程 ,对该合金的性能与组织关系进行了讨论。结果表明 ,Ti- 18合金在常温和高温下均具有优异力学性能 :Φ35 0mm饼材 4 0 0℃ / 10 0h持久强度在80 0MPa以上 ,4 0 0℃ / 10 0h/ 380MPa下的残余应变为 0 .0 4 8% ,4 5 0℃时的断裂强度大于 10 0 0MPa ,延伸率δ5在12 %左右。同时该合金具有良好的热稳定性。研究显示 ,Ti 18合金组织类型的差异对高温性能影响不大 ,该合金半成品可采用等轴组织的变形工艺。双重退火可充分发挥Ti 18合金的热强性潜力 ,是合理的热处理制度。
The trial production of a high temperature and high strength titanium alloy ,Ti 18(Ti 6 Al 4 Mo 4 Zr 2 Sn 1 W 0.2 Si) was introduced, and the relationship between the mechanical properties and microstructure of Ti 18 alloy was discussed. The results show that both the room and the high temperature mechanical properties of Ti 18 titanium alloy are excellent. The durative strength of the Φ350 mm disk at 400 ℃ for 100 h is above 800 MPa, the remain strain of the disk sample is 0.048 % under the condition of 400 ℃/100 h/380 MPa,and the ultimate tensile strength value of the sample is more than 1000 MPa at 450 ℃. At the same time the elongation ( δ 5)value is about 12%, and the alloy also has the good thermal stability.The research shows that the influence on high temperature properties of Ti 18 alloy caused by difference microstructure type is small,and the semi finished product of Ti 18 alloy may be made by hot processing by which the equiaxed microstructure can be obtained.The hot strengthening potential of Ti 18 alloy can be fully developed by duplex annealing as a reasonable heat treatment technology.
