摘要
对A35 6铝合金非树枝晶坯料在不同感应加热条件下的温度场进行了有限元模拟。发现频率、保温时间及试样尺寸等均对温度场有明显的影响。实验得出铝合金半固态感应加热时最好采用中频 (6 4 0~ 10 0 0Hz)。应用有限元法对尺寸不同的铝合金试样的实际感应加热温度及其分布进行模拟 ,结果与实测结果吻合较理想。
The temperature fields of aluminum alloy A356 heated with multiple coils of inductor under different conditions have been simulated by the finite element method.It is shown from the simulation that temperature and its distribution have been greatly influenced by the heating frequency of the inductor and the size of the billet.The best heating frequency is around 640~1000Hz, the size of the billets must be as same as that of coils. On the other hand,the induction heated temperature fields of the billets with difference sizes have been simulated by the finite element method. The results of simulation are agreeable with the measured values very well.
