摘要 分析了炼锌厂由于原料成分的变化 ,由“选择性浸出→低污染铁矾法除铁→快速中和脱硅”工艺改为“热酸浸出→低污染沉矾除铁”工艺后 ,铅银渣和铁矾渣含锌仍然偏高的原因 ,采取相应的技术措施后 ,两渣含锌大幅度下降 。 After knowing through analysis that the zinc in two residues obtained after changing the 'selective leaching→low-pollution jarosite process→quick neutralization for removing silicon' into the 'hot-acid leaching→low-pollution jarosite process' was still on the high side due to variation of raw material composition, relevant technical measures were taken, then zinc content in two residues had been reduced by a big margin, showing a notable economic benefit.
