摘要
提出了多项任务团队生产问题及其研究思路和分析框架,针对线性型生产函数和指数型生产函数两种不同情况,分别建立了线性团队生产模型和协作团队生产模型,通过对模型的求解与分析,讨论了最优委托权与所有权安排问题,得出了一些有益的结论.
The problem of multitasks and teamwork is raised, and the related research approach and analytical frame are put forward. Two kinds of models are established. One is the model of multitasks and teamwork with a linear productive function, and the other is the model with an exponential productive function. The optimized arrangement of consigners and proprietors for multitasks and teamwork is studied through the model analysis. Some beneficial conclusions are obtained.
