摘要 介绍一种以 80C196KC单片机为核心的智能型断路器测控单元及其软硬件设计。该测控单元实时监控电流电压信号 ,具有三段电流保护和接地漏电保护等动作特性。硬件和软件均采用模块化设计 ,硬件总体结构由开关电源、信号检测单元、微处理器系统以及执行元件四部分组成。软件设计采用主程序循环查询中断标志位的设计思路 ,将程序分为主程序和中断子程序两部分 ,并给出主程序和部分中断子程序流程图。目前 ,该测控单元样机已投入运行 ,运行结果达到预期设计要求。 The HW and SW design of measuring and control unit based on single-chip microprocessor 80C196KC for intelligent breaker is focused. The unit monitors the signals of currents and voltages in real time and has performance characteristics of three-sect current protection, grounding leakage protection and other protections. Both HW and SW design are modularized and the system structure HW is composed of switch power supply, signal measuring unit, microprocessor system and execution component. The program is divided into main program and interruption program, and the SW design adopts the concept of cyclic scanning the interruption flag in main program. The flowcharts of main program and some interrupt programs are given. The unit has now put into practice, and the operating results reach the anticipated purpose.
