摘要
在配电网络规划改造的过程中 ,为了比较规划方案的供电可靠性 ,选取最佳的规划方案 ,需要进行评估工作。评估时首先建立可靠性评估的指标及其计算公式 ,然后使用一种基于最小路的配电网可靠性快速评估法。该算法先求各负荷点的最小路 ,再分别考虑最小路上的元件和非最小路上的元件对负荷点可靠性的贡献。算法针对城市配电网的特点 ,考虑了分支线保护、隔离开关、负荷开关、计划检修、备用电源的影响。根据算法编写的可靠性计算软件用于实际配网规划中的可靠性评估 ,取得了满意的结果 ,为配电网络的规划设计和改造提供了依据。
To select the best one by comparing the power supply reliabilities of different projects for distribution network reconstruction, the following evaluation work is carried out. The basic formulas and indices of reliability evaluation are established first, then a fast evaluation method based on minimal path is applied. It finds out the minimal path for each load, considers the different contributions of the elements on the path and out of the path to the reliability of the load point. According to the features of urban distribution network, the model takes into account the influences of branch feeder protection, isolating switch, load switch, scheduled maintenance, redundant power supply and so on. The reliability evaluation software based on algorithm is applied in a real distribution network planning, the results are satisfying, which gives the basis for the planning design and reconstruction of distribution network.
