摘要
为了解围绝经期妇女健康状况,探索围绝经期症状及相关因素,对600名40～60岁妇女进行了健康调查,结果显示绝经年龄为(48.67±3.01)岁。绝经年龄与妊娠次数、职业有关。围绝经期症状表现为月经失调、腰酸腿痛、乏力、潮热等,其程度与妊娠次数、教育程度、月经周期、身体状况有关,围绝经期妇女患病率28.3％。提示要加强围绝经期妇女的健康教育,提高妇女健康水平。
In order to understand the health situation of perimenopausal-period women, and explore the perimenopausal-period symptoms and relevant factors, 600 forty to sixty-year-old women were investigated about their health condition. The results show that the age of meno-pausal is 48. 67±3. 01 years old. The age of menopausal is relevant to the times of pregnancy and women's occupations. The symptoms in the perimenopausal period include menstrual disorder, having pains in the loins and legs, fatigue, and hectic fever, etc. The severity of the symptoms is relevant to the times of pregnancy, educational background, menstrual cycle, and physical strength. The prevalence of women in perimenopausal period is 28. 3%. It is has pointed out that the health education for the women in perimenopausal period should be enhanced in order to improve their health.
