摘要
目的 :研究香荷药条的体外释药特性。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法测定药条中的指标成分含量 ,以pH 4 .5乳酸溶液为介质 ,用磁力搅拌法研究药条中药物的释放情况。结果 :香荷药条的体外释放行为符合一级动力学方程。 2h及 12h的累积释放百分率分别为 6 1.9%和 94 .2 %。结论
OBJECTIVE To study the drug releasing characteristics in vitro of Xianghe medicinal strip. METHODS The content of the index composition was determined by HPLC. Magnetic stirring method was used to study the releasing rule with releasing medium of lactic acid solution (pH 4.5 ). RESULTS Releasing in vitro of the strip conforms to first order kinetics equation. The accumulative releasing percentage of 2 hours and 12 hours was 61.9% and 94.2% , respectively.CONCLUSIONS The releasing characteristics of Xianghe medicinal strip can be described by two phase dynamic model.
