摘要
奉系军阀统治时期是东北近代发展的特殊历史阶段 ,无论是政治、经济、文化教育都得到了前所未有的发展 ,所有这一切 ,都是由于张氏父子开明的用人政策 ,使众多的知识分子得到重用 ,在各个领域、各个部门发挥了巨大作用 。
The period of warlords' rule of Feng faction is the special historical phase in modern Northeast development, during which politics, economy, culture and education all had unprecedented development. However, all these were brought about by the personnel policy of the father and son of Zhang, which made many intellectuals employed and put into important positions. Therefore these intellectuals played an important role in greatly pushing forward the process of Northeast modernization.
