摘要
开放式基金是一种收益共享、风险共担的集合投资工具 ,它追求的是在保持资产充分流动性的基础上 ,实现稳定收益的目标。随着中国加入 WTO行程的确定和金融全球化趋势的增强 ,中国发展开放式基金已是大势所趋。本文阐述了我国目前大力发展开放式基金的必要性和发展前景。
Open Fund is a collective investment instrument involving sharing in the profits and the risks together. Its goal is to achieve stable income while preserving the full liquidity of assets. With China's entry into the WTO and financial globalization,it's an irresistable trend that China develops Open Fund. This paper expounds the necessity of devoting great efforts to developing Open Fund at present and its future.
