摘要
当前 ,我国公共采购制度尚处于试行阶段 ,各地分别实行的公共采购还面临着许多问题 ,诸如公共采购立法、公共采购市场开放、公共采购项目范围、公共采购实体及管理体制、公共采购方式 ,以及公共采购信息系统和监督机制的建立等等 ,都亟须研究解决。
Today, the public purchase of China is in its trial stage. There are many problems in the public purchase in various areas. The setting up of the laws, opening of the market, range of public purchase and entity of public purchase and management and information system and setting up controlling system of public purchase.
