摘要
保幼激素(JH)亦是昆虫成虫体内一种重要激素,在雌蚊体内起着重要作用。到目前为止,已有许多方法检测出 JHⅢ是蚊体内主要激素,JH 对成蚊交配行为有影响,同时,JH 对库蚊的叮咬吸血行为也有作用。在蚊虫生殖过程中,JH 不仅对雌蚊卵黄原蛋白合成前期的卵泡发育起调节作用,而且也参与吸血后卵黄原蛋白合成的调节。JH 对再次生殖周期也起调节作用。另外,JH 是雌蚊生殖滞育的内在性因素,滞育蚊体内缺乏 JH。
Juvenile hormone(JH)is also an important hormone in adult insect, and plays a significant role in female mosquitoes.Upon.to now,there are many methods to detect JH,and JHⅢ have been found in mosquitoes. JH can affect the mating behavior of adult mosquitoes,meanwhile,JH also controls the host-biting and blood-feeding behavior of mosquitoes.During the period of reproduction of mosquitoes,JH not only regulates the folli- clicles growth of previtellogenic stage but also participates in the regu- lation of vitellogenesis,JH has an effect on next reproductive cycle of mosquitoes.In addition,JH is internal cause and absents in reproductive diapause mosquitoes.
