摘要
本文综合报道蚊视觉系统结构、光电反应,和在暗适应状态下复眼 ERG 光谱敏感件(Sλ)研究结果,并与其他昆虫作了比较.
The visual system of Anopheles sinensis Wiedemann consists of two parts,i.e.2 compound eyes and the optic lobe.The structure of compound eye is parallel-image type and the rhabdom of it is fuse type.The optic lobe is composed of lamina,medulla,and lobula or lobular complex. The normal eleetroretinogram(ERG)of At sinensis is diphasic,in- cluding three main components,i.e,the positive(def;ected downwards on effects,the negative off-effect and the positive slow sustained wave. The phase of the response in the optic lobe is opposite to ERG.The stre- ngth of stimulation,light,and dark adaptation condition,and the effect of ether and suffocations may effect the responses of the visual system of mosquitoes. The spectral sensitivity curves(Sλ)of the compound eyes of An. sinensis,Culex pipiens pallens,and Aedes aegypti,showed several pea- ks.The Sλ,max of the curve of An.sinensis located at 553nm,while the Sλ max of those of the hoter two mosquitoes at 498nm.The Sλ max of the three mosquitoes do not change with the increasing of stimulus,intensity, although the relative sensitivity to 364nm is higher when the eyes are stimulated with lower intensity.
