摘要
1目的 总结分析我院 1987年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月对 12例右心房肿瘤的诊断及手术治疗经验。2方法 采用低温体外循环手术 8例 ,常温体外循环心脏不停跳手术 4例。 3结果 11例生存 ,效果满意 ,1例死于 DIC。 4结论 右心房肿瘤导致阻塞部位的不同对血流动力学影响亦不同 ,临床症状会有明显差异。
Objective To sum up the experiences of the diagnosis and surgical treatment of 12 patients with right atrium tumor from January,1987 to December,2001.Methods Eight cases was operated under morderate hypothermia cardiopulmonary bypass and the four cases under warm cardiopulmonary bypass with beating heart during the operation.Results Eleven cases survived with satisfactory results and one died from disseminated intravascular coagulation.Conclusion The different sites occluded by the right atrium tumor have different effect on the hemodynamics.There are significant differences in clinical symptoms Surgical excision with cardiopulmonary bypass is effective for right atrium tumor.
