系统性红斑狼疮神经系统病变的影像学表现 被引量：3

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮病人的神经系统受累并不少见,是仅次于继发感染的第二大死因。MRI、MRS能良好显示脑组织中的异常,而且在尚没有临床症状的病人中也能发现病灶,对疾病的早期诊治、疗效观察、远期随访有重要价值。
