摘要
从电子商务下物流配送系统的现状入手 ,揭示电子商务物流管理的关键是建立供应链管理。分析了电子商务供应链管理的实质和构造模式 ,并提出电子商务供应链管理的注意事项。
Starting from the current situation of material flow distribution system in electronic commerce, it reveals that the key of material flow in E commerce is to establish supply chain management .It analyses the essence of the supply chain management in E commerce and its structural model, further more, it puts forward the problems on supply chain management in e commerce.
