摘要
社会主义市场经济应是法制经济、信用经济、公平竞争的经济 ,但当前一些领域市场经济秩序混乱的问题十分突出 ,已成为改革与发展的严重阻滞。当前市场经济秩序混乱 ,应通过建立健全社会信用制度来提高市场主体的信用水平 ,通过完善市场规则和加强监管来规范市场行为 。
The socialist market economy should be an economy with sound legal system good credit and fair competition,but some sectors are in great disorder,which throws a serious hindrance to reform and development.The fundamental solution to the problem lies in the establishment and strengthening of social credit system so as to improve the credit of the main body of the economy,and in the perfection of market rules and consolidation of supervision to ensure norrmal market activities.
