摘要
以信息技术、存贮技术和通讯技术为核心的现代科学技术势必冲击图书馆的传统服务模式 ,使图书馆功能多样化 ,性质和职能发生转变 ,服务方式和服务水平迈上新台阶 。
It is unavoidable that modern scientific knowledge which takes information technology, storage technology and communication technology will impact the pattern of traditional service in the library, to increase the variety in service, to improve its nature and function, and to push the range and quality of the work onto a new level. At the same time, it presents a higher demand for the quality of the library managers.
