摘要
一个国家的金融状况反映了它的经济、政治和社会发展程度，并 对一国的经济增长和社会演进产生至关重要的影响力。金融深化与经济增长、证券市场制度 创新之间的关系是相辅相成的，金融深化可以在一定程度上推动经济增长，而且有助于证券 市场制度的创新。而经济增长和证券市场制度的创新又可以促进金融深化。
The financial conditions of one country reflect the level of her econo mic, political and social development, and exert deep influence upon her economi c and social development. The financial-innovation, economic-increas ing and stock-market-system innovation supplement each other. Financial innova tion not only improves economic development, but is helpful to stock-market-system innovation. In turn the economic-increasing and stock-market-syst em innovation promote financial innovation.
