摘要 以猪囊尾蚴VTS76抗原基因和质粒VPIL 6、pUCl8 CpG免疫接种小鼠 ,检测了小鼠的体液及细胞免疫反应。结果发现 ,VPIL 6或pUC CpG与VTS76共同免疫小鼠的特异性抗体滴度、IgG含量、淋巴细胞白细胞介素 2诱生活性、脾细胞增殖反应和血液免疫细胞数量显著高于VTS76免疫组和对照组。证明VPIL 6和CpG序列能显著增强动物对DNA疫苗的细胞和体液免疫反应 。 Porcine interleukin 6 gene and CpG sequences were firstly used as immunoadjuvants to enhance the immune responses of mice to VTS76, which is an antigenic gene of Taenia solium of pig cloned into VR1020 plasmid. The numbers of white blood cells, lymphocytes, monocytes and neutrophiles, the amount of IgG, the bioactivity of IL 2 and proliferation of lymphocytes have been detected to identify the immune response in peripheral blood and spleen of BALb/c mice. The results were found that the IgG contents and titre of specific antibodies to VTS76 antigen, the proliferation of lymphocytes, induced bioactivity of interleukin 2 and the numbers of immune cells were significantly increased in the mice immunized with porcine IL 6 and CpG motifs. All these suggested that porcine IL 6 gene and CpG motifs could be employed as effective immunoadjuvant to raise the humoral and cellular immune responses of animals to DNA vaccine.
