摘要
目的 了解绍兴市儿童麻疹抗体水平。方法 对绍兴市越城区和嵊州市二市 (区 )按PPS方法对1997年出生儿童开展“五苗”接种率调查同时 ,对调查儿童进行麻疹抗体水平监测。结果 40 3名儿童麻疹抗体阳性率 93 5 5 % ,几何平均滴度 (GMT)为 1∶2 3 68;除城乡儿童麻疹抗体GMT经比较存在显著性差异外 ,两地、居住不同地貌及性别之间麻疹抗体阳性率和GMT均无显著性差异。结论 绍兴市儿童麻疹抗体处于较高水平 ,不会发生麻疹大规模暴发流行。
Objective To get the message of the children's antibody level of the measles in Shaoxing city. Methods Detection of measles antibody level was conducted in children born in 1997, which was a part of investigating the vaccinated cover rate of EPI in the children. Results The positive rate of the measles antibody in 403 children was 93.55% with a GMT 1:23.68. With the exception of GMT between urban and rural children, no significant difference was found among the different districts and sexes.Conclusion It is impossible to occur a massive measles epidemic in this city because of the high measles antibody level in the children.
