摘要
目的 分析高血压脑出血手术治疗疗效。方法 用立体定向辅助开颅显微手术治疗 30例 ,均一次清除血肿量达 80 %～ 90 %。结果 30例中生活能自理 1 6例 ,生活半自理 8例 ,植物生存 1例 ,总有效率为 83 % ,死亡 5例。结论 认为掌握手术时机 ,尽早能解除脑受压是手术成功的关键。
Objective The operation wene inestigated in patients with Hypertenive Intracerebral Hematoma.Methads 30 cases hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage Were treated by the stereotactic fechnique assisted microsurgey .Results Showed that the rate of excellent and good in one month was 83%,the mortality was 16.6%.Conclusions The operative technique was introduced and operative death factors were analyzed in deitails .The stereotactic fechinique assisted microsurgey has a advantage of small trauma ,accurate location and seldom complications for therapy of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage
