摘要
目的 :对不同产地大枣营养成分进行定量分析。方法 :用分光光度法测定蛋白质和维生素 C、维生素 PP(烟酰胺 ) ;荧光分光光度法测定维生素 B2 ;使用 AAA- HNO3程序自动分析系统测定氨基酸。结果 :不同产地大枣所含营养成分不同。结论 :大枣含有丰富的营养成分。
Objective: To perform the quantitative analysis for Zizyphus Jujuba from different habitats. Methods: Colormetric method was used to determinate the protein, vitamin C and vitamin PP(nicdinamide), Fluorometric method was used to determinate the vitamin B 2; Amino acids are determined with AAA HNO 3 program auto analysis system. Results: Nutritional ingredients in Zizyphus Jujuba from different habitats were variant. Conclusion: Zizyphus Jujuba is not only a Chinese herb, but also has high nutritional value.
