摘要
班加罗尔成为印度的高科技城 ,得益于它优良的投资环境和工业基础。印度发达的高等教育和政府对信息产业的支持 ,是印度软件业超常规发展的条件。印度集中财力扶持高科技产业、创造开放的科研条件、注重人才培养。
Bangalore has become a hi tech city in India due to its good investment environment and industrial foundation. The supernormal development of Indias software industry is based upon its flourishing higher education and governmental support for information industry. We should draw on the experience of Indias centralized financial assistance for hi tech industry, open ended conditions for scientific research, emphasis on resources of human talent and amplification of necessary laws and regulations as well.
