摘要
通过热模拟机 Gleeble- 15 0 0对控制冷却过程的模拟 ,研究了相变区冷速对 6 0 Si2 Mn A弹簧钢的组织结构、珠光体量、珠光体片层间距和平均晶粒尺寸的影响 ,结果表明 ,冷速 v≤ 5℃ / s时 ,组织为珠光体 +铁素体 ;v>5℃ / s时 ,有马氏体产生 ;v=3℃ / s时珠光体量达到 85 % ;珠光体片层间距在 v=9~ 11℃ / s时达到较小值 0 .118~ 0 .133μm;在 v=7℃ / s时 ,平均晶粒尺寸达到较小值 2 6 .1μm。综合考虑 ,终轧温度 95 0℃ ,吐丝温度在 870~ 930℃范围内 ,相转变时冷却速度控制在 5℃ / s。
Controlled cooling process was simulated by Gleeble 1500 type hot simulation experiment machine. Microstructure, pearlite quantity, interval of cementite in pearlite and average grain size of 60Si2MnA was studied.The results show,when cooling rate v≤5 ℃/s,Microstructure is pearlite and ferrite.When v>5 ℃/s,martensite structure appears in microstructure,and when v=3 ℃/s,pearlite structure content is 85 %.When v is between 9 ℃/s and 11 ℃/s,the inteval of cementite in pearlite,about 0.118~0.133 μm,is minimized.When cooling rate v=7 ℃/s,average grain size is as small as 26.1 μm.On the base of analyzing reault above,it can be concluded that when finish rolling temperature is 950 ℃,laying head temperature is 870~930 ℃ and cooling rate is 5 ℃/s during phase transformation,the mechanical properties of 60Si2MnA wire rods can be greatly improved.
