摘要
加入世界贸易组织 ,对我国高等教育在教育观念、教育物质基础、运行机制、教育质量评价等方面带来了良好的机遇 ,也在教育市场、高质量人力资源等方面提出了严峻的挑战。需要我国高等教育在提高教育国际竞争力、加快高等教育服务贸易法规建设和高等教育环境建设 。
Accession to the WTO brings china's higher education not only great opportunities in educational idea, educational material foundation, operational system, appraise of education quality and so on, but also severe challenges in educational market and human resources. As a result, it will be confronted with many new circumstances such as increasing international competition, building regulations of the service trade, constructing educational environment and accumulating the integration in produce, study and research. This paper is aiming at deliberating the countermeasures.
