摘要
建立了威钢 1号ROKOP铸机连铸坯凝固的二维传热数学模型 ,并提出了喷嘴的有效喷淋系数和有效比水量的概念。优化后的二冷区五段喷水结构软件 ,基本消除了原有的两段结构铸坯在二冷区表温回升大 ,容易在凝固前沿产生中间裂纹的质量问题 。
The mathematical model for billet solidifying two\|dimensional heat transfer of Rokop billet concaster at Chuanwei Iron and Steel has been established, and the concepts of effect spraying water coefficient of nozzles and effective specific water rate are advanced. The quality issue that with original two section spraying water structure the surface temperature of billet gone up was high easily to produce middle crack at solidifying front has been eliminated by the new optimum five section spraying water structure software. It has been proved by producing practice.
