摘要
本文介绍了一种用超滤制取注射用水的工艺与设备。其工艺流程为原水预处理-过滤吸附-Ⅰ级超滤—离子交换—Ⅱ级超滤,产水水质符合中国药典1985年版及美国药典21版规定的注射用水标准。经动物安全试验,300余例临床验证,无任何不良反应。设备节能、节水,水源适应性良好,结构新颖机动灵活。有较大的化妆品、生化药品的开发价值。
The technology and equipment of preparing water for injection by using ultrafiltration method is introduced in this paper.It′s technology pro- cess.is the pretreatment of raw water——filtration and adsorbtion——primary ultrafiitration——ion exchange——secondary ultrafiltration.The quality of water product accorded with the stipulations of water for injection of Chinese pharmacopoeia edition year 1985 and American pharmacopoeia edition No.21. Through the animal safety test and clinical test of more than 300 cases,there is not any harmful reaction.The equipment economizes on energy and water, and characterized by its good adaptability of source of water,novel structure, mobility and flexibility.It has greater exploitative value in cosmetics and bioche- mistry medicines.
